I’m receiving a Access Denied when attempting to download the beta or attempt to access the demo server.

That’s my fault, sorry! We were planning to have Beta 1 out last night but we were held up, and I accidentally published the EAP page ahead of time. Beta 1 should be out some time today and I will get back in touch with you then.
