Unable to delete a Tenant from Octopus Deploy

Octopus Deploy Server: v2023.2.12868

When i attempt to delete tenant from Octopus Deploy UI or CLI tool I get the following error. Would there be anywhere else i could view a more detailed log for this error?

Error encountered:

  • Unhandled error when communicating with the Octopus Deploy server. The server returned a status of: 502

I found the issues to be with the amount of deployments tasks that are linked to the tenant i’m trying to delete. Is there a way to delete multiple deployments for a tenant?
