Trying to run Octo.exe to build ZIP file

octo.exe pack --id=OctoWeb --version=2018.04.17.01.HMS --format=zip

Get OS error - The application could not be started.

Windows 7 machine and .net 3.51 is turned on.

How do i correct this

Hi James, thanks for reaching out.

The Octo CLI tool is built against .NET 4, so you’ll need to download the latest version of the Microsoft .NET Framework 4 to run the tool.
