Transform Feature no longer working in 3.1.1 ( web.config or sitemap files.. )

Just upgraded to 3.1.1 tried a deployment…

First thing i noticed is it didnt transform the web.config files… What went wrong? why is it skipping the step?

reverting server version till this is resolved.

Reverted to 3.0.24 and its still an issue… all tentacles reverted too. none of the configs are transforming and the transformation feature doesnt seem to be calling even those its enabled and setup in the project.

That doesn’t sound good!

Are you able to attach a full log file and maybe show a screenshot of that deployment step configuration ?
