Thanks for getting in touch. That looks like a Powershell issue on the server side. Not much we can do from an Octopus perspective unfortunately.
Have you tried logging into that server, opening powershell and see if you get the same error? This error usually shows up when the command takes up more memory than what powershell is allowed to use, but we are definitely not sending a command that big.
