Tentacles SimpleFileSystem.dll is older version in 0.9.620.4 than in 0.9.620.3

We were having a problem with the SimpleFileSystem.dll being an older version in the .4 release on our tentacles and had to roll back to .3.
Is there any reason for using the older version of SimpleFileSystem.dll in .4?

What happens if you use Windows Task Manager to kill all Tentacle.exe processes, and then re-install .4?
