Tentacle update succeeds and still shows as needing update

In the Environments tab it shows that some tentacles require an update. I use the “Upgrade all Tentacles” button and the job success. The Environments tab still shows tentacles needing an update (even a day later). If I use the “Upgrade this machine” button it is the same result, the update successes but the tentacles show as needing an update. Health checks pass as well.

Server version: 3.2.3
Tentacle/Calamari version: 3.2.1/3.1.8 and 3.2.2/3.1.8
