Tentacle Setup Wizard Error in Verify Credentials

I’m trying to configure a new tentacle deployment agent but when I try to Verify Credentials I have

Authenticating as admin…
Authenticated successfully
Getting available roles…
Error: You must be logged in to perform this action. Please provide a valid API key or log in again.

  • I have 6 tentacles working fine with Windows Server 2008 R2
  • The Operating System for this new tentacle is Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard
  • I have the same error when I tried to sign-in in the Octopus deploy Portal using Internet Explorer but I can resolve it checking Remember me on this computer. (I haven’t this with Chrome)
  • The Octopus server version is 3.3.6
  • The Octopus Tentacle versions are 3.2.21 and 3.3.6

Any ideas about what can I do?

Hi,
We have heard of a few similar sounding issues in the past where the time has been set up incorrectly on either the Server or Tentacle and so the cookies that are used during the handshake are considered to have already expired. Could you please check and confirm that the time on these servers is correctly set.
I assume that the admin user is also correctly set in the Octopus Administrators group?
