Tentacle Installing Issue

When i install Octopus Tentacle in another system its show like following error.How can i fix it.

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the delay! Can you tell us if the Tentacle is configured as Polling or listening and if there might be a difference on the network configuration between this tentacle on the ones working successfully (vpn, firewall, proxies) ?

We have a guide that can help you troubleshoot some of the most common connectivity issues for listening tentacles. Please try to check it and let us know on which step you get stuck.
