Is there a number to call for support? One of my biggest gripes is that every time I have a problem I lose a day because I need to wait for a response from support.

As Octopus Deploy is a Brisbane, Australia based company, historically we have operated under local business hours. We recognize that a large portion of our customers operate outside of this region and we have recently expanded our support teams.
We have hired great new support staff in the UK and US, with the goal of reducing initial contact and resolution times. We are still working on getting this balance right and hopefully we can drastically reduce the wait time on all support queries.
