we have set a email notification in Octopus subscription for every deployment/runbook failure, but we need to add the project/runbook name which got failed in the subject line. Please let me know how we can do it.
Thanks for getting in touch, and good question! The emails sent out via the subscription is simply a digest of all events matching your defined criteria that have occurred since the last time it has run. Unfortunately there’s no ability to include the project names of those that have failed in the subject line.
To get this level of control over the email subject and body, you could configure email steps within each project individually, and set it to run only when previous steps fail.
