Step Template with Deploy Package issue

After updating to 3.11 we are having an issue where we have a step template to deploy a package and the nuget package name is based off a parameter. The step shows the correct name, but when a release is created it is only showing the parameter variable and not what the input is. This is a major issue for us.

​Thank you for letting us know. As mentioned on email, we have fixed the issue and are currently creating and testing a release (3.11.1). It should be out in an hour or two.
