Step Failure Information from octo.exe/api/teamcity plugin

Hi

Currently our deployment is running a set of smoke tests. When these fail, Octopus fails the deploy but Teamcity, which has initiated the build can’t display to the user in TeamCity why the deploy failed/what step failed just that it has. To save the users logging into Octopus and checking the results elsewhere(which we publish on a seperate box), how could we get something from the plugin/octo/the octopus api which can tell us what step failed and perhaps the log from the step?

I suspect this is actually a feature request.

Could we get this included in octo/ theteamcity plugin?

I’d find this useful as well. Given this hasn’t been touched in 10 months, how have people been working around this?
