When navigating through Infrastructure - Accounts and then selecting an Account from the list the page eventually throws up a SQL timeout error:
Thanks for getting in touch! I’m sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I think we may have a fix for this though. I believe the issue you are seeing here is related to the following GitHub issue which was resolved in Octopus version
2018.2.7. Would you be able to try updating to at least that version of Octopus and letting me know if this issue still persists?

We’re now running 2018.3.6 and the issue has gone away.
