Does this product supports deployment of sql server replication ? Like adding a column to replication, reinitilize replication for certain article etc…

Thanks for getting in touch. Unfortunately, there is no inbuilt step in Octopus for handling this. You are able to check out our community library, which contains many different step templates designed by Octopus users. https://library.octopusdeploy.com/listing
There are also quite a few community blog posts that contain information that could be very helpful in doing this. A quick google brought this up:
If the link was not what you are after and you were unable to find a template that will help you, this will need to be scripted manually.
