Is there a way to get slack notification when tenant variables are changed in octopus, advice and resources would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You could achieve this through the use of a subscription using the document type: tenant variable. This subscription can then output to a Slack webhook as detailed here: https://octopus.com/docs/administration/managing-infrastructure/subscriptions/webhook-slack
