SIgn in with Google error

version 3.6.0 - trying to sign in with google. Get response :

  "ErrorMessage": "The UTC time represented when the offset is applied must be between year 0 and 10,000.\r\nParameter name: offset"

Thanks for getting in touch! Sorry to hear that you’re having this issue with the authentication. To help with the troubleshooting could I get some more information on the following?

  • Is that error shown in the Octopus UI or is it just the content of the response that you can see in the Network tab in the browser?
  • Could you attach the server log, there may be more detail in there about what caused the error
  • Do you see this error before or after you have authenticated in the Google UI?
  • Which timezone is your Octopus Deploy server in?


For some reason I don’t see this error right now and can login successfully. We had today issue with free space on server, maybe it was related to this problem. I will update you if I face with this issue again. Thanks.
