Set a Variable Template based on Tenant Tag

I’ve got a tenant with two tags showing in Octopus.Deployment.Tenant.Tags that look something like:
Deployment Type/FatClient, Deployment Type/SaaS

Is there a way to set the value of a variable using complex syntax based on the presence of the “Deployment Type/SaaS” tag in the Octopus.Deployment.Tenant.Tags variable?
