[service outage] "Connection failed" when running "apt install octopuscli"

My CI build server is failing because I can’t fetch the octopus CLI.

Failed to fetch https://apt.octopus.com/dists/stable/InRelease  Connection failed [IP: 52.76.112.52 443]

I’ve tried pinging 52.76.112.52 but I get a timeout.
Navigating to the IP in the browser reports “default backend - 404”

Don’t know where else to report this.

UPDATE: Running my pipeline manually has allowed it to work. I think only one of the servers was down (52.76.112.52) rather than the service as a whole.

Thanks for getting in touch! I had a chat with the team this morning and we believe that running an apt-get update should generally resolve this.
