Is there anything changed in Service fabric SDK or ocotpus bootstrap script which deploys on Service Fabric? It has started timing out after 5 minutes while waiting for upgrade to complete.

Thanks for getting in touch! I’m sorry to hear you’re hitting this timeout issue. I don’t recall anything being changed recently in this area. Could you let me know which version of Octopus you’re currently running, and send through the full task log where you’re hitting this issue?
