I’ve been trying to set the unhealthy deployment targets setting to Exclude in the project settings, but every time I set it, save and refresh, the setting always goes back to the default. I’m running 2019.1.2.

Thanks for getting in touch! I’m terribly sorry you’re hitting this unexpected issue we’ve caused. Fortunately it’s a known bug and the fix will be shipped in the next patch release (2019.1.4) which will be available within the next couple of days. I believe it’s only be a UI bug, so updating it via the API should work in the meantime.
