Runocto pack on windows Azure cloud service project fails

Hi

Run octopack fails to produce the package because of the target is publish. which does not happen before octopack target runs.

Hi Mani,

Thanks for reaching out. Could you please send us a build log so we can see whats going on? Also, could you show us where are you setting the target as “Publish”?
