Rule test on "Design Version Rule" page fails silently

I was trying to set up a Channel and the "Design Version Rule"page didn’t appear to change the “test” area.
Turned out that the developer console in chrome was full of 403 errors (presumably my account needs a permissions change)
https://octopus/api/channels/rule-test?version=1.1.0&versionRange=1.0&preReleaseTag=.* Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)

Thanks for reaching out. Could you please share us some screenshots of what you were trying to do when you triggered the error? Also please let us know which exact version of Octopus are you running.
