I would like to reset password for a non-admin user using scripts.Can anyone help me to solve this issue.

Thanks for getting in touch! You can do this, assuming the accounts are Octopus accounts and not Active Directory accounts. To do so, you will need to use the Octopus API, I can provide you with a link to our API wiki which has the info you will need to create this script.
However if the user accounts are in Active Directory, there is not much we can do to help change the passwords.
