Renewed license still shown as expired

Hello,

We have renewed the license for our self hosted Octopus server, but it still shows “license expired” message. Could you please tell us what might went wrong?

License looks like (sensitive info removed):

Thanks for getting in touch!

We have seen an issue with our new license format causing the expired warning when applied to older versions of Octopus Server.
Can you confirm which version you are using, please?

Also, are you experiencing any limitations on your usage such as being unable to deploy or add new deployment targets?

Yes, actually we are using Octopus 4.1.4 at this moment. I do not see any limitations aside from expiration message.
