Can we integrate SQL Compare Tool(Redgate) with Octopus Deploy Server?
If so please send me the link how can i do that.

@Vanessa the URL is invalid.

It appears that Red Gate has removed it since now they have database Release. I am not finding articles regarding sql compare listed any longer

Yes, thank you. If you notice the articles seem to be around the SQL Release product and not SQL Compare by itself.
