Regarding "Config file changes"

Hi,

We have a requirement as we want to add some new section or some new lines in web.config or any other config files which will be out of Nuget package. So, kindly let me know how to add those rather than using a Powershell can we directly do from Octpous itself?
Please let me know this ASAP.
