Re-order process steps

I am modifying an existing process and need to add a step in a specific place. How does one do that without it being added by default as the last step?

How can I change the order of steps in a process? The documentation does not cover either of these scenarios which implies one always has to recreate a process from scratch whenever adding steps – this seems inefficient.

Hi Neville,

Thank you for reaching out to us with your query about reordering steps.

You can reorder steps from the Process Editor. To do so, enter the Process Editor by clicking into any existing step, then click on the three vertical dots at the top of the step list. You should then be able to choose “Reorder Steps” from the menu:

A popup will appear where you can re-order the steps in your process using drag and drop:

I hope this is helpful. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Best Regards,

Charles

I was clicking on all the vertical elipses menus all over the screen except next to the filter. I did not think re-ordering steps would have anything to do with the filter.

Found it now and thanks for the prompt response!
