Hi All,
We are on version 4.0.10
We have not changed anything on octopus deploy however tasks now seem to be hanging (see screen shot). Anyone had similar issues? Can anyone recommend next steps to resolve or debug.

That window is indicating that this task is stuck behind another one and hasn’t started yet. The quickest way to work out what is currently running (and potentially stuck) is to go to your Tasks page and filter by Running or Executing and see if anything pops?
I see that you’ve tried some troubleshooting in Slack so apologies if you’ve had a look at this already.
