After upgrading from 3.15.8 to 3.16.2, queued tasks are missing their icons on the dashboard view, but not on the individual task view (or anywhere else that I can see).
See attached screenshots of a dashboard view and of the task view (after clicking the blank icon, which still has the correct link to the correct task). On hover, a message “undefined” appears over the missing/blank icon.
Also, if it helps, I am normally using Chrome (Version 60.0.3112.90 (Official Build) (64-bit)), but I just repro’d on IE 11.332.15063.0.

Thanks for getting in touch! We had another report of this yesterday. Would you be able to open your browsers dev console when browsing to this page. From there could you send a screenshot or an export of any errors you see in the Console and Network traffic tab?
We have so far been unable to replicate this on our end. Any further information we can find about this issue would really help
