Promote To doesn't remember release settings

We are just starting to use Octopus deploy in our UAT and PROD environments and one big thing that’s going to be an issue is the Promote To feature does not remember the environment and steps selected from the previous deployment. Our Ops guys will be doing the deployments and will have no clue what steps to include or skip (We don’t always include every step). The point of the deployment tool was to take them out of the loop on having to do more than clicking a button. Is this a bug or is this by design?

Thanks, this isn’t so much a bug as a feature we just haven’t built yet, but I think it’s a good one. I’ve added an issue to track it:
