Project config history

Hi,

It would be nice to have a history of the entire project setup (process, channels, setting) and to be able to compare between versions and revert back if needed. Something similar to what this plugin https://wiki.jenkins.io/display/JENKINS/JobConfigHistory+Plugin offers in Jenkins. Seems to be a lot of work, but it would be quite useful in case someone breaks a setup.

We have been discussing this sort of approach internally, to the point that earlier this year Paul (Octopus Founder and CEO) released a public RFC which I would highly recommend that you read and comment on.
