Project Activity Not Displayed

On Octopus 1.6.0.174, our Project Activity (who created releases, who published/promoted) is blank in all areas that it would normally show up (Project Page and Releases Page). We’ve had many deployments, so something should be showing up. I’ve attached a screenshot of the emptiness.
