I’m wondering if there is an upgrade price, or do we have to pay the full price every year? Currently we have an enterprise license and from what I can tell it’ll cost us $5000 each year. Is that correct?

The maintenance renewal fee is 50% of the purchase price. As mentioned on their pricing page
