Sometimes our task queue is long filled with tasks waiting to be executed. Every once in a while a priority deployment needs to take place at the same time - Someone with a sense of urgency comes and say: we really need to fix this asap.
Is there any way to make a priority deployment - pause the waiting tasks - inject the deployment task as the first of the waiting tasks … The only possibiliy now seems to cancel the existing tasks…
I’m afraid to say that currently there is no way to do this (other than cancelling all currently queued tasks), and I have looked around and I can’t find anything on our radar either to implement such a feature.
You can add a UserVoice ticket requesting this feature and we’ll be able to see how much interest it is from the rest of the Octopus community for such a feature.
