Package upload delays

Hello,
we’re uploading packages to our cloud instance of Octopus and we’re facing huge degradation of upload speed(?). We have 10932 packages in our feed and now package push takes about 40s where data transfer is less than 5 seconds. We’re pushing packages using

dotnet octo push --package packagename --enableServiceMessages

Previously we had >30k packages and times were about the same.
