On overview page I don’t see status for latest deployment, but some canceled old one. It shows 5.4.1.7132+master when we have 2 more recent deployments.

Thanks for getting in touch! I’m sorry you’re hitting this confusing behavior. The overview page should certainly be displaying the latest release per environment here. I’m unable to replicate this same behavior you’re seeing in my local instance (running 2019.7.2), and the latest release is displayed in the overview page.
Which Octopus version are you currently running? It’s quite possible this was a previously known issue that’s since been fixed since your version.
I look forward to hearing back and getting to the bottom of this one!
