I already have 3 environments, now I have created another, everything is configured well but its not being displayed on dashboard or in deployment list

Thank you for reaching out! It sounds like you may need to configure lifecycles on your new environment. If you haven’t read it already, we have some documentation on lifecycles here https://octopus.com/docs/releases/lifecycles that may help you.
