Octopuseploy: Create Release buildrunner

I have hit a deadend. Cannot attach the Octopus Team City build runner plugin without following:

Incompatible runner OctopusDeploy Create release - Queue says no agents.

Build runner gets queued in Team City and that’s all folks.

Please advise

What version of Team City are you running, and what OS are you running it on?
Did you grab the latest version of the Team City plugin?
