I am not able to edit the scope of a team (I don’t have any access issues). Team contains space manager role but i am able to edit the scope if there are other roles added but not able to scope for space manage.

The Space manager role is designed to provide a team access to all functions within the Space, as such it isn’t possible to scope it in any way.
If you need to limit the scope for a team you could clone the role into a new one, however, we tend to advise against creating custom roles were possible. So, the best option would be to build the permissions needed by adding a combination of other user roles and scoping as needed.
