Hello - we had a server crash today - is there anything in the log that would indicate what happened?

Hi Jeffrey,

Thanks for getting in touch and I’m sorry you’ve encountered this issue, but I have good news, this issue has been reported before and was fixed in 3.12.8 so if you are in a position to upgrade, that will prevent this error to occur again.
