Octopus Server 3.2.15 ABSOLUTELY BREAKS

OK, for the sake that this doesn’t go noticed:

I was running server 3.2.14 with all tentacles 3.2.14 (upgraded via Environments page).
Today I upgraded to server 3.2.15 and I could not perform tentacle upgrade via the Environments page.

NOW, ALL DEPLOYMENTS IN OCTOPUS FAIL DUE TO COMMUNICATION FAILURE WITH THE TENTACLES

I CANNOT UPDATE THE TENTACLES ON EACH MACHINE DIRECTLY

THIS IS NOT A SMALL PROBLEM
