Octopus Server 2.5.12.666 crashing

Hi after updating to the latest version we’re seeing the server crash every now and again.

From the event log we see:

And specifically my response from the 3rd Nov, I explain about the information we need to help resolve this issue.
If you could follow the steps, and let us know when a crash dump is available, that would really help.
