I have recently upgraded teamcity to version 8.0.2. Since then octopus deployments are failing. Contacted the teamcity team and they said it could be some mistake in JSP file. Most likely previous version of tomcat didn’t detect it. please see issue on teamcity for ref:- http://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/TW-31190#
