As an administrator, it would be nice to have a way to stop all deployments, portal edits via a maintenance mode option that is also available to be scheduled. This would be ideal when performing upgrades or maintenance without having to worry with a user initiating a deployment. While in maintenance mode, the site can be presented as read only with a notifier that the application is in maintenance mode.
