Octopus does not extract package

Hi,

I’ve upgraded nuget to 3.4.4 for creating packages in a project and now Octopus can’t seem to extract the packages (log attached)
Weird thing is, I have another project that’s been using nuget 3.4.4 for quite some time now and it works just fine.
Any ideas?

Thanks,
Mauricio

octopus-log.txt (637 Bytes)

BTW I did of course check that the actual file is a valid zip and contains all the relevant files.
It also does not have any empty directory names ( http://stackoverflow.com/questions/38416962/why-does-azure-cloud-service-in-octopus-fail-with-error-your-package-does-not )

Downgraded to NuGet 3.3.0 and it works now. Is this a known issue? Or should I upgrade Octopus?

Thanks

Hi Mauricio,

Glad to hear that you’ve found a workaround for the issue you have run into.

We have had other reports of the same issue, upgrading to 3.4.x should hopefully resolve this issue as we’ve upgraded the NuGet stuff, so if you are in a position to upgrade your Octopus installation I’d suggest doing that.

Thanks,
Henrik
