Octopus Deploy Integration - not visible in TFS 2018.1

I am setting up a TFS 2018.1 server (the databases were upgraded from TFS2013) I have installed the Octopus Deploy Integration extension and it appears on my /_gallery/manage page:

When i go into an existing project and choose Manage Project (the gear), click Services, and click New Service Endpoint - Octopus Deploy isn’t in the dropbox (it jumps from Nuget to Service Fabric).

I even went the extra step of rebooting after installing the extension.

Any assistance appreciated.

For those as slow witted as I am - you need to click the … and choose Install on the dialog above.
