Octopus Cloud Licencing Question

In the Starter option of Octopus Cloud I notice there is a restriction on 5 users for $10 per month.

Are there any restrctions on projects and deployment targets, we currently have 10 targets and 7 projects.

Would this be useable in the Cloud Setup?

There are no restrictions on the number of projects & deployment targets using the 5 user license for Octopus Cloud.

To answer you’re question specifically, you should be able use this in a Cloud Setup, without issue related to licensing.

One final query what is regarded as a user within the 5 user limitation, is that just people logging into the application?

That’s correct, the User limitation is related to the number of people who can login to the Octopus Portal.
