OctoPack ceased to run after moving package reference into the project file

Hi,

I’ve recently moved my package references from packages.config file into my project files (PackageReference). With this change, OctoPack ceased to work in TeamCity. I get no error messages relating to it in the log, only ‘Enabling OctoPack’ at the start of the build step. Has anyone encountered similar problem? Any ideas how to deal with it?
