Octoadmin user

By default octoadmin user is created who can login into system and has api key set, how we can disable it or make 1 of our managers to be assigned to Octopus Administrator group?

Can you provide more details about this user? Why it is needed ?

The octoadmin has the ability to make system-level changes to the instance and is used in our internal tools to perform any required maintenance on your instance.
For example, enabling the Maintenance mode on the instance before an upgrade or reprovision.

The Octopus Administrators team is restricted for similar reasons, that team has access to a number of settings that if changed would break the instance.
